Serving Texas and Colorado

Virtual therapy for those living with cancer, their caregivers and individuals struggling with trauma, anxiety and life adjustments

Grab your favorite coffee or tea, a cozy blanket and get comfortable…

Life gets messy and presents struggles such as a cancer diagnosis, chronic illness, caregiving, anxiety, and life adjustments.

Laura Tanner is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Texas and Colorado and the founder of Unraveled Therapy, dedicated to supporting individuals navigating life’s most challenging moments.

Unraveled came from the idea that we could come together and literally "unravel" the messy through processing our thoughts, emotions & life events. In return, we can gain peace and confidence around our lives and lean into being kinder to ourselves - even when life gets messy.

So, settle in. You’re always welcome and safe here!
